My name is Sitka, and I am licensed massage therapist who approaches massage therapy from an integrative perspective; with a background of training in Temple Style Lomi Lomi, Table Thai Massage, Myofascial Release and Pelvic Floor work.

My massage treatments are approached with mindfulness and an attuned attention to the sensations of the body; staying relaxed and connected to the breath - with the intention to harness present moment awareness to go inwards into the inner journey of body, mind and spirit. The intention of every massage session is to invite stillness and to deepen into relaxation, to unwind & release tension and expand into serenity.

I graduated from massage school at the Ashland Institute of Massage in 2009, and I've been on a personal journey of exploring bodywork modalities and personal healing ever since. My bodywork practice is a fusion of 20 years dedicated to exploring a vast spectrum of bodywork modalities including: Thai Massage, Lomi Lomi, Swedish & Deep Tissue, Pelvic Bowl Myofascial Release - in addition to Kambo, Yin Yoga, Chanting and body-centered healing arts rooted in breathwork & mindfulness.

Additionally, I am a resident DJ for our local Fernhill Ecstatic Dance community here in Portland.

Massage Sessions can be relaxation focused or can be treatment focused, depending upon what you are presenting. Massage sessions will include an integrative fusion of Lomi Lomi, Table Thai and Myofascial Release.
Our clinic focuses on holistic care, approaching Motor Vehicle Collision Care with an integrative mindset. We recognize that each individual may benefit from personalized treatment, which is why our practitioners can work with you either one-on-one or collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Our comprehensive services include manual therapy, chiropractic care, craniosacral therapy, and acupuncture, all aimed at relieving pain, restoring mobility, and enhancing overall recovery after an automobile accident.
