Bianca Gonzalez, LMT

Massage Therapy / Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release Specialist

Bianca is a licensed massage therapist who approaches her practice as both a science and an art, blending anatomical knowledge with mindfulness, curiosity, and an appreciation for the body’s innate capacity to heal. She helps people ease pain, move with greater freedom, and feel more connected to their bodies. To Bianca, the body is an interconnected system, where muscles, fascia, emotions, and the nervous system are constantly influencing one another, and each session is a collaborative process of listening, exploring, and discovering what best supports each individual.

Bianca’s path to massage therapy grew out of her own experience with significant back injuries and chronic pain. Navigating recovery taught her how deeply physical and emotional well-being are intertwined, and how transformative healing can be when someone helps guide you back to yourself. She graduated from the Ashland Institute of Massage, developing a foundation in Swedish massage, deep tissue, therapeutic integration, myofascial release, and advanced myofascial techniques for scoliosis. Specializing in intuitive deep tissue and myofascial release, she takes an integrative, patient-centered approach that honors the connection between physical, emotional, and nervous system health.

Every session begins with the intention of understanding the person, not just the symptoms. Whether your goal is to ease pain, improve mobility, regulate the nervous system, or simply find space to rest, Bianca strives to create an environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and involved in your care, empowering you to take an active role in your healing process. For her, massage therapy is more than a profession. It’s a way to help people reconnect with themselves and discover their resilience.

Movement and adventure are an integral part of Bianca’s life. Having taught snowboarding and mountain biking, she has a deep appreciation for the body’s capabilities and the importance of caring for it over time. She enjoys rock climbing, backpacking, surfing, and spearfishing, which continually remind her of presence and our connection to the natural world. Outside the treatment room, she also finds inspiration in herbalism, community writing circles, dancing, creative filmmaking, and practices like qi gong, yoga, and breathwork.
